In December the Board of Directors mailed a ballot to our active members regarding the proposed dues increase to $50 to cover various services the membership has asked to expand or continue the upkeep of. To pass as a permanent measure, dues increases must be approved by a 2/3 affirmative vote of the membership.
On January 31, the club Secretary reports that 78.95% of votes returned were in favor, 21.05% against. Therefore, the proposed dues increase passes.
