We host an annual field meet, shortly after the start of hunting season each year. We focus on trying to keep this meet in a central location with respect to state residents, and encourage all falconers to attend. In addition to field activities, social gatherings, educational opportunities and guest speakers, we of course host our annual banquet and benefit raffle!

White eagle has a collection of bungalow cabins rather than a traditional hotel building. Individual Members will book and pay for their own rooms. When booking with a Credit Card there will be a 50% deposit that is refundable up to 7 days prior to arrival. The other 50% is paid 7 days prior to arrival with an automatic registration.

Reservations should be made by phone because the rooms are blocked for our group so the online reservation system is limited to rooms outside the block rate .

Standard Room Rate 129 plus tax - includes continental breakfast (these rooms will be
blocked for your group)

Poplar Suite Room Rate 179 plus tax - includes continental breakfast (this suite does not
allow ANY pets so we won’t block it for your group BUT if someone without a pet would
like this suite it is available)

Hawthorne 2 Bedroom Suite Rate 279 plus tax - includes continental breakfast (this
suite does not allow ANY pets so we won’t block it for your group BUT if someone
without a pet would like this suite it is available)

2025 Field Meet & Meals Cost

The cost of the meet fee and the meals are al-a-carte As follows:

Meet Fee: $25 This is the basic cost of the meet and how we track attendance of members and visiting falconers. It gets you whatever swag has been cooked up for this year. At least a collectible pin. As well as access to the weathering yard (And the yard warden watching the birds there). And any pre arranged hunting permissions established by our membership. This is also how we pay for the cost of the venue and any other supplies we need for the meet.

Friday Night Social: $30 Because the venue is somewhat remote, and in the tradition of the pizza parties of the past, we are going to host a full meal Friday night. Details are yet to be nailed down but because we are also celebrating our 50th anniversary, we are looking to have a special guest presentation during the meal. This $30 price is discounted by $5 if you have also paid the general Meet Fee.

Saturday Banquet: $40 The Saturday banquet gets you a wonderful meal as well as access to the annual raffle. As always, our guest speaker will be giving their presentation during the banquet. This is the highlight of the weekend but we know not everyone can attend. This $40 price is discounted by $5 if you have also paid the general Meet Fee.

Field Meet shirts

This year's shirts are once again being supplied by the Bonfire website. Our partnership with them last year was very successful. By not including them in the meet fee, we are able to lower the price of the fee for people who don't want the shirt, while offering lots more variety for those who do.

Friday

• 12pm - Registration & Weathering Yard Open
• 12pm - Sunset – HUNTING
• 5 pm - Registration & Weathering Yard Closed
• 6 pm  Dinner Social! Great way to meet new folks and greet old friends
• 8 pm Bonfire by the lake (BYOB)

Saturday

• 7 am –  Registration & Weathering Yard Open
• 7 am - Various hunting groups coordinated privately, or via forum or FB
• 12 pm - Lunch hour
• 4 pm - Registration & Weathering Yard Closed
• 4:30 pm - Membership Meeting (fully dues paid members only)
• 6 pm - Banquet, guest speaker, and raffle

Sunday

• 9 am Annual board meeting (open to officers only)
• 7 am Wrap up and farewells! See you next year
