White eagle has a collection of bungalow cabins rather than a traditional hotel building. They have offered us the following prices for our event:

One cabin with Single occupancy - $115.00 per person per night

One cabin with Double occupancy - $60.00 per person per night

One cabin with Triple occupancy - $50.00 per person per night

Field Meet shirts

This year's shirts will have a lot more variety, color, and far less waste - which as a conservation organization is very important to our goals. Best of all, by not including them in the meet fee, we are able to lower the price of the fee for people who don't want the shirt, while offering lots more variety for those who do. Read more here.

Friday

• 12pm - Registration & Weathering Yard Open
• 12pm - Sunset – HUNTING
• 5 pm - Registration & Weathering Yard Closed
• 6 pm  Pizza Party! Great way to meet new folks and greet old friends

Saturday

• 7 am –  Registration & Weathering Yard Open
• 7 am - Various hunting groups coordinated privately, or via forum or FB
• 12 pm - Lunch hour
• 4 pm - Registration & Weathering Yard Closed
• 4:30 pm - Membership Meeting (fully dues paid members only)
• 6 pm - Banquet, guest speaker Bob Glass, and raffle

Sunday

• 9 am Annual board meeting (open to officers only)
• 7 am Wrap up and farewells! See you next year

We host an annual field meet, shortly after the start of hunting season each year. We focus on trying to keep this meet in a central location with respect to state residents, and encourage all falconers to attend. In addition to field activities, we have classes on husbandry, proper field care, guest speakers, videos, lectures, and of course - our annual banquet and benefit raffle!

Register for the 2024 Field Meet & Banquet Nov 8-10

Meet fees and banquet fee are combined this year - registering for the meet gets you a banquet seat and covers all associated fees, speaker costs, hotel rental, etc. This will really help us keep track of everyone who has paid easily. This year, since it's clear folks have various opinions about shirts, we have removed the cost of the shirt from the meet, and are providing a website for you to order your shirt, your size, your sleeve length in exactly the type you'd like. That should make it far far easier for us to ensure we don't have excess shirts stashed in the *ahem* President's garage for decades (thank's Sean!). Thank you!
